2. Entry is open via babylovenappypants.shareableapps.com. Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents who are over 18 years of age. An entrant must answer the required question in 25 words or less and and then enter their first name, last name and a valid email address to be eligible for the draw.

4. The promotion closes at 5:00 pm AEST on 19/10/14.
5. The winners will be selected, in the presence of an independent witness by random draw conducted by the Promoter at 2:00 pm AEST at MerchantWise, First Floor, 266-268 Chapel Street, Prahran, Victoria, 3181, Australia, 0n the following date: 19/10/14
6. The Promoter will notify each winner by email within two days from each draw date in clause 6 and publish winner names on the promotion website www.facebook.com/babylove two days from each draw date for a period not less than 28 days.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify validity of entries or disqualify any entrant for tampering with entry or submitting an entry not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
8. Any costs associated with entering this competition and any costs associated with claiming any prize, including any travel, are the sole responsibility of the entrant. Any entry contact details entered incorrectly will be invalid.
9. We reserve the right, subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies, to change any terms contained in these terms of use at any time

The Promoter has no responsibility or liability for any incorrect/inaccurate information associated with the competition, or for technical error/any combination thereof that may occur including but not limited to any omission/interruption/deletion/defect/delay in operation/transmission/communications/ network or any technical problem/ any failure/theft/destruction of entries or any injury/damage to entrant’s or any other person’s related to resulting from participation in this competition.
